Our warranty period for a brake repair/replacement (Brake Pads With Rotors) is 24-months or 24,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of your repair/replacement. During the warranty period, Roll Away Brake Repair will repair/replace any new part that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal brake use or service post-installation. 

If any parts installed by Roll Away Brake Repair are worked on by someone other than Roll Away Brake Repair after installation/service, or any of the parts that Roll Away Brake Repair installed/serviced were affected in any case by someone other than Roll Away Brake Repair, then the provided warranty is voided and customer is responsible for paying for new parts and labor.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON WHAT OUR WARRANTY (DOES NOT) COVER:

• (Brake pad only) repair
• (Brake rotor only) repair
• Parts not sourced through Roll Away Brake Repair
• Parts under manufacturer’s recall for a related problem.
• Abusive Treatment,Racing,Off-Road
• Normal brake wear
• Damages due to neglect on recommendations made by Roll Away Brake Repair (Example: Faulty Brake Caliper)
• Failure due to: faulty parts, weather/natural disasters, misuse/abuse, modification, 
• Towing/Rental vehicle charges
